Hollywood beauty Lindsay Lohan begins jail sentence

Hollywood actress and Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan has started serving her 90 days in prison sentence. The authorities have allowed Lohan to take prescribed drugs in jail. She is currently locked up in a 12 ft by 8 ft cell in the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California.



Lindsay Lohan had been sentenced to 90 days of jail and 90 days of in-patient rehabilitation for violating her probation on two 2007 drunk-driving and cocaine possession charges. But because of problems related to overcrowding in jails in Los Angeles, her jail term has been brought down to 14 days.



Lindsay Lohan's neighbour in the adjacent cell in jail is the 19-year-old reality TV star Alexis Neiers, who is currently serving 180 days in the neighbouring cell, after being convicted of being a gang member of 'Bling Ring' which had burgled a number of Hollywood celebrity homes in LA, including Lindsay Lohan's, in Hollywood Hills in the year 2009.



Lindsay Lohan is an American actress, model and pop singer-songwriter. She began her career as a child fashion model before making her motion picture debut in Disney's 1998 remake of The Parent Trap at the age of 11. Lohan gained further fame between 2003 and 2005 with leading roles in the films Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded, subsequently appearing in independent films including Robert Altman's A Prairie Home Companion and Emilio Estevez's Bobby.

The engagement ceremony was attended by relatives and close friends, including cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Ashish Nehra. The wedding date has not been finalised.





Dhoni and Sakshi Singh have known each other from their school days and they have been seeing each other for nearly two years. They both met at Bipasha Basu's residence during the success party of the movie 'Race'. Sakshi Singh had been invited by John Abraham who is a common friend.



Also, Dhoni had cut his long hair short because Sakshi likes Dhoni with short hair. Sakshi Singh even makes it a point to attend Dhoni's hair cutting sessions.
